Tennis Training by Mark Kovacs

This book is extremely informative and very in depth. I think it is a great way to learn more about how your body is working while playing tennis as well as a good tool for learning new performance drills and exercises. Almost all of the exercises explained in the book I have seen used on the pro tour. I do wish the photos inside the book were a bit bigger but they get the job done in conveying what the motions are.

It also helps that they used my photo for the cover of the book. Thanks guys!

The Physics and Technology of Tennis
by Howard Brody, Rod Cross, Crawford Lindsey

This book is very fun to read in small doses. You will learn all kinds of things that you never thought of or wanted to think of. It will definitely expand your mind. This is a well written and very informative book.

Look & Learn (Tennis Basics)

I have a very hard time watching old tennis instructional videos where the pro just stands and talks to the camera squinting into the sun without much excitement. While I don’t agree with everything in this video and maybe some things get lost in translation they sure put on a great production and there are certainly things to learn here. Not to mention the camera work is amazing to say the least.
