Tennis Training by Mark Kovacs This book is extremely informative and very in depth. I think it is a great way to learn more about how your body is working while playing tennis as well as a good tool for learning new performance drills and exercises. Almost all of the exercises explained in the book I have seen used on the pro tour. I do wish the photos inside the book were a bit bigger but they get the job done in conveying what the motions are. Look & Learn (Tennis Basics) I have a very hard time watching old tennis instructional videos where the pro just stands and talks to the camera squinting into the sun without much excitement. While I don’t agree with everything in this video and maybe some things get lost in translation they sure put on a great production and there are certainly things to learn here.
