Tennis Guru DVD Download Troubleshooting

If you are having difficulties getting the digital download to work, please check the following points:

1. Are you using Windows Media Player version 10 or later? The DRM system we use to protect the file only works on Version 10 or later. You might need to do a free upgrade on your player.
2. Are you using a Mac? Currently we do not have a solution that works for Mac. Send us an email and we will try and ship you a hardcopy DVD
3. Make sure you finish downloading the file BEFORE you try and watch the movie.
4. Once you have downloaded the file, you need to be online for the first time you try and watch it. When you first open the file, a window should pop-up asking you to enter your email and license key. Once you have completed this you can watch the movie multiple times without being online.
